Grade A — Open Box
Opened by a previous buyer, never used, all accessories and docs included. Cosmetically perfect. Typically 15-20% off.
Grade B — Light Wear
Used briefly and returned. Tool is fully functional with minor cosmetic marks (typical for a tool that left the shop once). Retail packaging may be missing. Typically 25-30% off.
Grade C — Functional
Used and returned. Fully functional, bench-tested, but more visible cosmetic wear. Best for contractors who don't care how a tool looks, just that it works. Typically 35-40% off.
