Free Shipping on All Orders

Every order ships free to the 48 continental United States. No minimums, no codes - the price you see is the price you pay. Shipping cost is included in our product pricing.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, or internationally at this time.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2 PM CT on business days (Mon-Fri) ship same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery: 3-5 business days after shipment. Most orders arrive within this window via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground depending on size and destination.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of your order shipping. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If your package shows "Delivered" but hasn't arrived, please wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes mark early) then contact us at support@chargedtools.com. We'll file a carrier claim and work to resolve. Damaged-in-transit items are covered - photograph the damage and email us within 48 hours of delivery.

Address changes

We cannot change a shipping address once an order is processing. Please double-check your address at checkout.
