Standard Shipping Included on Most Tools

Standard shipping is included in the displayed price for most stocked, standard-size tools. The price you see is the tool price before tax; we do not add a separate standard-shipping fee at checkout.

Oversized, multi-box, or freight-only orders are handled by quote or itemized before payment so standard shipping is not charged twice. Bulk and quote orders either include shipping in the written quote or itemize true carrier cost before payment.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories supported by Shopify checkout. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2 PM Central Time on business days usually dispatch the same business day when the item is in stock and ready to ship. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays usually dispatch the next business day.

Some bulk quotes, kit builds, or supplier-confirmed items may have a specific ship date. When that applies, we confirm the ship date before you pay.

Delivery Time

Lower-48 orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories can take longer, often 5-10 business days depending on carrier routing.

Carrier selection may vary by item size, destination, and fulfillment source. Orders may ship by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another comparable carrier.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email when the label is created. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier scan history to update after the tracking email is sent.

Large or Multi-Box Orders

Large kits, bulk quotes, or multi-SKU orders may ship in more than one box. When an order is split, each package receives its own tracking information, and any true freight or carrier exception is confirmed before payment.
