Why we started this
Walk into any Home Depot or Lowe's and look at the price tag on a bare-tool impact driver, rotary hammer, or saw. A chunk of that tag is retail overhead, store experience, shareholder returns, and the cost of every big-box TV ad you've ever seen. None of which helps you drive a fastener.
We run a single warehouse in St. Louis. One team pulls orders, packs them, and puts them on a USPS truck. We don\'t advertise on TV. We don\'t operate rewards programs where you pay a premium to earn points back. Every dollar we save on overhead goes back into the price tag.
The business is growing, but the retail promise stays simple: genuine tools, clear pricing, direct support, and a checkout that does not surprise you at the last second.

We are an independent reseller, not a Milwaukee or DeWalt subsidiary. The tools we ship carry genuine manufacturer serials. We source through vetted U.S. distributor channels and keep purchase records for traceability and manufacturer support.
Where are you shipping from?+
Charged Tools is based in St. Louis, Missouri and fulfills through our U.S. supplier network. Orders placed before 2pm Central usually dispatch the same business day when the item is ready to ship. Lower-48 transit is typically 3-7 business days; Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories can take longer.
How do you set your prices?+
We price the tool from supplier cost and operating margin. Shipping is calculated from the order and destination, shown before you place the order, and collected with the item payment. The shipping rate includes carrier, packaging and handling, and payment-processing costs.
