30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused and in original condition, in original packaging (if applicable), and complete with all included parts, accessories, batteries, and manuals.
Eligible items
- New, unopened tools: full refund minus return shipping
- New, opened tools (tested but unused): 85% refund (15% restocking fee) minus return shipping
- Used or damaged items: case-by-case; contact us first
Non-returnable items
- Items damaged by misuse or improper operation
- Consumables (saw blades, sandpaper, drill bits) once opened
- Items returned after 30 days
- Custom or special-order items
How to return
- Email support@chargedtools.com with your order number and reason
- We'll email a return authorization and return instructions within 24 hours
- Pack the item in original packaging, include the RA
- Ship via the carrier of your choice (we recommend tracked shipping)
- Refund processes within 5 business days of receipt
Return shipping
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we cover return shipping and issue a prepaid label.
Refund method
Refunds issue back to the original payment method. Bank processing adds 3-10 business days after we issue the refund.
Warranty
All items come with a 30-day seller warranty against defects. Manufacturer warranties may not apply to items purchased from Charged Tools as we are an independent reseller not affiliated with Milwaukee, DeWalt, or any other brand we carry. Please contact us directly at support@chargedtools.com for warranty issues in the first 30 days.
