How does bulk pricing work?+

Crew pricing tiers apply automatically at checkout: 3% off at 2+ units, 5% off at 3+, 10% off at 6+. No code, no waitlist. For 12+ tools or custom mixed-SKU builds, request a quote for direct-line pricing.

Can I get financing for a big tool purchase?+

Financing options may be available through third-party providers. Terms and availability vary. We are not the lender; we partner with approved providers. Join the financing waitlist and we'll notify you as soon as it goes live.

How fast do quotes come back?+

Within 2 business hours, 9am-6pm Central, Monday through Friday. Weekend quotes land first thing Monday. Paste your SKU list at /quote, we line-item price it, and email it back.

Do you offer net-30 credit terms?+

Not today. We ship through drop-ship partners, which means we do not carry accounts-receivable risk on credit terms. When financing goes live via our third-party partners, you'll be able to split any purchase into monthly payments. Until then: payment at checkout only.

Can I add crew members as purchasers on one Shopify account?+

Right now, the simplest path is a single Shopify account with the ops-person email as primary. Multiple named purchasers against one account is on our roadmap once we migrate to Shopify Plus. If you need this today, a bulk quote at /quote gets consolidated billing per PO.
