By accessing chargedtools.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to purchase from us.

3. Products

We make every effort to display product details accurately. Colors, dimensions, and features are approximate. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, and cancel orders at our discretion (with full refund).

4. Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Shipping is included in the listed price; sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Prices may change without notice. The price at checkout is the price you pay.

5. Availability

Inventory is synced from our supplier and updated every 6 hours. Occasionally an item may sell out simultaneously on another channel. If your order can't be fulfilled, we'll notify you within 24 hours and issue a full refund.

6. Warranty disclaimer

Charged Tools is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with Milwaukee Tool Corp., DeWalt, Stanley Black & Decker, or any other brand we carry. Manufacturer warranties may not apply to items purchased through us. We offer a 30-day seller warranty against defects (see our Refund Policy).

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Charged Tools is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item.

8. User accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account password secure. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or appear fraudulent.
