1. Agreement
By accessing chargedtools.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to purchase from us.
3. Products and Availability
We work to display product details and availability accurately. Colors, dimensions, packaging, included accessories, and features may vary by manufacturer revision. We may limit quantities, correct errors, or cancel an order we cannot fulfill. If we cancel a paid order, we issue a full refund.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The current item price is confirmed before checkout. Shipping and applicable sales tax are shown before the order is placed. The customer pays the item price, shipping charge, and tax together through Shopify checkout.
5. Shipping
Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, address problems, weather, and other events outside our control may affect delivery. See our Shipping Policy for current destinations, timing, tracking, and large-order terms.
6. Returns and Charged Tools Buyer Protection
Charged Tools accepts eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-genuine, Charged Tools will make it right and pay the return-shipping cost. For unopened wrong-tool or change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping unless Charged Tools caused the error. Additional conditions are described in our Return and Refund Policy.
7. Manufacturer Warranty
Charged Tools is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with Milwaukee Tool Corp., DeWalt, Stanley Black & Decker, or other brands we carry. The manufacturer alone determines warranty and service eligibility under its current terms, including seller-authorization and proof-of-purchase requirements. Charged Tools does not guarantee manufacturer claim approval.
8. Accounts and Acceptable Use
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure. You may not use the Services for fraud, unlawful conduct, unauthorized scraping, interference, malware distribution, infringement, or abuse. We may suspend access or cancel orders when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the business, or the Services.
9. Intellectual Property
Site content, design, and Charged Tools branding are owned by or licensed to Charged Tools. Third-party product names and marks belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce protected content without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Charged Tools is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected item. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Missouri law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any permitted court proceeding will be brought in a state or federal court serving St. Louis, Missouri.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms as operations or legal requirements change. The version posted when you place an order governs that purchase.
