It's the software stack that runs chargedtools.com, productized for other independent tool resellers to rent. You keep your brand, your Shopify, your inventory, your supplier relationships. We provide the voice concierge, AI project-to-cart, customer memory, order automation, identity graph, and all the conversion infrastructure that would take a year to build in-house.
Do I need to migrate off Shopify?+
No. Charged OS sits on top of Shopify as a headless layer. We connect to your Shopify via the Storefront + Admin APIs. Your products, orders, and customers stay in Shopify. We add the AI + voice + ops layers.
What do I need to bring?+
A Shopify store, a Telnyx account (for voice + SMS), a Claude API key (optional — we offer metered AI if you don't have one), and a US warehouse. We handle the rest.
Can I white-label?+
Enterprise tier, yes. We host on your custom domain, remove all Charged Tools branding, and let you sell to your merchants as your own platform.
What's the setup timeline?+
