How do I actually buy this kit?+
Request a quote at /quote with the kit name in the notes. We line-item price every tool, lock the ship date, and email the quote back within 2 business hours. You pay at checkout (no credit terms — we drop-ship). Every tool is genuine OEM with full manufacturer warranty.
Can I swap a tool in the kit?+
Yes. Use the customize CTA or the /contractor-kit-builder wizard. Any line item can be swapped for an equivalent SKU. We'll re-price and re-quote within an hour.
What if a tool is on backorder?+
Our kits only include categories we can fulfill same-day or next-day. On the rare occasion a specific SKU is backordered, the quote will flag it and propose a substitute of equal-or-better spec at no price increase.
Does the kit come as one shipment?+
Almost always yes — one consolidated shipment from our St. Louis warehouse. For kits over 50 lbs total, we ship in 2 boxes but same-day dispatch, same tracking.
