A partner may merchandise approved products under its own independent retail identity. Charged Tools remains Michai Media's exclusive flagship retail brand and may not be copied, presented as the partner's brand, or used to imply affiliation or endorsement.
Catalog access, economics, territories, service levels, and permitted claims are defined in the signed partner agreement. Applying does not reserve inventory or create any commercial right.
Seven checks stand between an application and inventory.
Business application
Submit basic company, operator, channel, and permanent Shopify-domain information. No identity documents, bank details, or customer data belong in the form.
Verification
We verify the business email and store ownership, complete business and sanctions screening, and conduct a manual operating-risk review.
Commercial controls
Approved candidates complete an agreement, prefund the pilot, accept inventory and transaction limits, and use only approved payment gateways.
Controlled pilot
Access begins with a narrow catalog and conservative limits. Every fulfillment remains subject to platform authorization and reconciliation.
Start with non-sensitive business information.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, tax IDs, government identification, banking or card information, or customer records. The public form cannot activate a store or grant inventory access.
